William Nyaoke is Regional Director for East Africa at Norfund. He is responsible for maintaining and growing Norfund’s regional portfolio, generating deal flow and closing investments across the fund’s priority sectors.
His portfolio spans renewable energy, agribusiness and manufacturing, financial inclusion and green infrastructure. William brings considerable experience deploying both equity and debt capital across multiple sectors in Sub-Saharan Africa.
At the Nordic–Africa EV Summit, he contributes an East African development-finance perspective on the capital, infrastructure and commercial conditions needed to scale sustainable mobility.
