Tarek Nadour, PhD, MBA, is a technology and industry-transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience across telecommunications, information technology and Industry 4.0.

At Ericsson, he leads the Enterprise division across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, driving the adoption of advanced digital technologies and supporting organisations and governments in shaping strategic, sovereign and business-critical communications infrastructure that enables resilience, efficiency and competitiveness.

Beyond industry, Tarek is passionate about transferring knowledge and experience to the next generation of technology and business leaders. A professor and PhD supervisor, he has served as a guest lecturer at leading technology and business universities, combining academic insight with real-world industry experience.
