Ritu Bahal is a logistics professional with more than three decades of experience across East Africa's logistics and trucking ecosystem. She served as CEO of Rongai Workshop & Transport until 2024, bringing extensive hands-on experience in trucking operations and fleet management.

Ritu founded TrackRight, a logistics technology platform focused on fleet and cargo management through real-time visibility, IoT-enabled fuel and energy management, video telematics, emissions monitoring and intelligent logistics optimisation.

She is also a Senior Advisor at ElandX, an emerging EV Fleet-as-a-Service company, and advocates for practical, commercially viable pathways to cleaner and more sustainable freight.
