Racheal Mugure is a senior logistics and air-cargo leader with more than 10 years of experience across freight forwarding, air-cargo operations, contract logistics and e-commerce logistics in East Africa and international trade corridors.

As General Manager at Tradewinds Logistics, she has end-to-end accountability spanning operations, business development and finance, including P&L leadership, commercial growth, airline negotiations, market expansion, regulatory compliance and performance management.

Her experience includes time-critical air cargo, perishables exports, international airline and 3PL relationships, customs, regulated cargo and senior stakeholder engagement.
