Paul Kidero is the Expedition & Kenya Lead for Road to Africa and a storyteller at Intro Africa. Based in Nairobi, he combines practical expedition leadership with visual storytelling focused on innovation, sustainability and cross-border collaboration.

Paul leads expedition logistics and stakeholder engagement across Kenya. He has played a central role in Road to Africa's electric-mobility journeys, including the landmark Road to Addis expedition from Nairobi to Addis Ababa and subsequent journeys across Southern Africa.

These expeditions test and demonstrate electric transport along African trade corridors while bringing together governments, utilities, companies, universities and local communities around the infrastructure and partnerships required for sustainable mobility.

Alongside his field work, Paul is a photographer, videographer and documentary storyteller. Through Intro Africa, he covers technology, entrepreneurship, infrastructure, climate action and sustainable development through accessible, human-centred stories.

At the Africa EV Summit 2026, Paul brings lessons from thousands of kilometres of real-world electric travel to the discussion on corridors as new growth frontiers for the continent.
