Kartik Das is Global Lead for E-Mobility Solutions & Impact at the International Finance Corporation, where he supports fleet electrification and mobility-technology adoption in emerging markets through strategic investment and innovative financing solutions.

His investment experience spans geographies, sectors and asset classes, including venture capital, growth equity and infrastructure. This breadth gives him a distinctive perspective on financing and scaling businesses across the electric-mobility value chain.

At the Africa EV Summit, Kartik will discuss financing approaches capable of mobilising greater private-sector investment into Africa's electric-mobility sector and share insights from the evolution of e-mobility ecosystems across emerging markets.

Kartik earned a joint Master of Arts in Finance and Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Claremont McKenna College and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
