Jessica J. Farmer is Electric Mobility Lead in the World Bank Group's Global Transportation and Infrastructure department within the Knowledge Bank.
Since joining the World Bank Group in Asia in 2014, she has supported a global portfolio of infrastructure investments across project, structured and corporate finance, including debt and equity products. Her sector experience spans power, renewables, telecoms, ports, logistics and public transportation.
Before joining the World Bank Group, Jessica spent 14 years at the Export-Import Bank of the United States, ultimately serving as Vice President for Asset Management. She holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree with honours in French Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder.
