Hosaena A. Samuel is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Eazy Power PLC, an Ethiopian clean-energy company pioneering electric-mobility solutions and charging infrastructure to accelerate the country's transition to sustainable transport.

With a strong background in entrepreneurship, business development and strategic partnerships, Hosaena is committed to developing practical energy solutions that support Ethiopia's growing electric mobility ecosystem.

Under her leadership, Eazy Power has become an active contributor to Ethiopia's emerging EV landscape, working with government institutions, development partners, utilities and private-sector stakeholders to expand access to charging infrastructure and promote electric-vehicle adoption.

Her work focuses on creating commercially viable and locally relevant solutions that strengthen the country's clean-energy transition while supporting economic growth and innovation.

Hosaena also serves as the Ethiopian Partner for the Nordic Africa EV Summit, leading local partnerships, stakeholder engagement and institutional coordination. She connects government agencies, industry leaders, development organisations and businesses to build meaningful collaboration around sustainable mobility in Ethiopia and across Africa.
