Glenn Cezanne is Vice-President of Global Government Relations at CharIN e.V., where he works across political, regulatory and industry environments to support interoperable electric-vehicle charging worldwide.
His career spans public affairs, public relations and international association management. He focuses on navigating political decision-making and building communication strategies that can influence legislation and strengthen attention around emerging mobility priorities.
Glenn joined CharIN in 2021 as Head of Public Affairs, EU, and has served in his current global role since January 2026. He speaks German, Romanian, Italian, French and English, while continuing to develop his Dutch and Portuguese.
CharIN brings together around 280 members from across the e-mobility value chain, including vehicle manufacturers, charging companies, component suppliers, energy providers and grid operators. Its mission is to enable vehicles, chargers, energy systems and software to work seamlessly together.
At the Africa EV Summit 2026, Glenn brings a global perspective to Africa's charging-interoperability conversation through a keynote and a fireside chat ahead of the Summit's major interoperability debate.
