Eng. Emmanuel Imaniranzi is Director, Transport Policy & Planning at the Northern Corridor Transit and Transport Coordination Authority (NCTTCA).

His work focuses on regional transport policy, corridor coordination and the systems needed to improve the efficiency and sustainability of freight movement across the Northern Corridor. He has contributed to technical discussions on green freight, regional logistics and low-carbon transport corridors.

At the Africa EV Freight Forum, Emmanuel brings a cross-border policy perspective on the infrastructure, standards and institutional coordination required to electrify regional freight corridors.
