Doreen Nabaho, PhD, is the Chief Operating Officer at Kofa, where she leads the scale-up of complex distributed operations across African markets.
She brings deep expertise in execution under constraint, revenue and cost drivers, and climate-aligned infrastructure systems. Before Kofa, she worked at Novastar Ventures and held senior operational leadership roles in multi-country, customer- and government-facing organisations across Africa and India.
Doreen has also advised FMCG and retail companies on operational performance. She holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering focused on sustainable transportation fuels.
At the Nordic–Africa EV Summit, she contributes an operator’s perspective on battery infrastructure, energy reliability and the systems required to scale electric mobility.
