Biography

Charging the
corridor.

Building regional charging infrastructure and partnerships across East Africa.

Anastasia Charelishvili is Business Development and Strategic Projects Manager at Kabisa, an East African e-mobility company operating the region’s largest public charging network.

Her work spans corridor-infrastructure development and governmental relations across Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda, connecting commercial deployment with the public frameworks needed for regional scale.

She holds an MSc in Sustainable Urban Planning and Design from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Her thesis examined policy pathways for sustainability and a just transition in the electrification of East African transport corridors. She also holds a double bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Urban Studies from Fordham University.

At the Nordic–Africa EV Summit, Anastasia brings a practical regional perspective on charging corridors, cross-border coordination and heavy-duty electrification.
